Guitarrón, 39860 Acapulco, Guerrero, Mexico, is responsible for the processing of the personal data you provide through this website (www.tonysacapulco.com), in accordance with Mexico’s Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties.

Data we collect

Only the data you voluntarily provide through the contact form: your name, email address and the content of your message. We do not collect sensitive personal data.

Purposes

• To answer your questions, requests and suggestions.
• To follow up on your reservation or enquiry.

Third parties

We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for commercial purposes. We use providers that process information on our behalf, such as the email delivery service (Brevo) and the hosting platform (Cloudflare). Reservations are made on OpenTable and delivery orders on Rappi; those services have their own privacy notices.
